This has to be compiled on the HPC!!!

Don't forget to source the environment ../enkf_modules_to_load.txt

When the p_prep_obs_ORCA1 and p_prep_obs_ORCA25 scripts are compiled,
open convert.bash, check it, and run it (always on the local HPC)
